Downloads not moved to expected folder

Post by ccfc1986 »

Hey guys
I recently updated to 3.5.3 (running on Synology NAS).
Every download from either Radarr or Sonarr end up in my complete folder.
I have categories set up - and in the two apps i have those defined. tv/movies specifically.
Is there a way to know why things are not getting processed/moved in the way i am expecting? In the past on previous updates permissions caused issues.
NewMedia - directory where i have my 'complete' and 'incomplete' folders - permissions listed below (notice sonic movie that downloaded and wasn't moved to the Movie-New directory as i would expect):
ash-4.3# ls -alh
total 304K
drwxrwxrwx+ 6 root root 12K May 16 22:00 .
drwxr-xr-x 35 root root 4.0K May 15 23:26 ..
drwxrwxrwx+ 3 root root 4.0K Feb 8 20:18 @eaDir
drwxrwxrwx+ 2 sc-sabnzbd sabnzbd 12K May 16 22:00 incomplete
drwxrwxrwx+ 2728 root root 260K May 16 21:52 #recycle
drwxrwxrwx 2 sc-sabnzbd sabnzbd 4.0K May 16 21:54 Sonic.the.Hedgehog.2.2022.1080p.WEBRip.X264.DD2.0-EVO

TV Directory: (this is 777 as i did a chmod 777 -R previously, not a great idea im sure)
drwxrwxrwx 247 root root 12K May 1 19:40 TV-New

Movie Directory:
d---------+ 1634 root root 68K May 16 21:50 Movies-New

Where can i look to find out what is going on within sab?

The sabnzb.log shows the following:
2022-05-16 22:00:24,938::INFO::[newsunpack:546] Set d587c1b28c93452489d2d01056459ec7 completed by DirectUnpack

I don't see anything here about permission issues during the unpack. I am not completely lost where to look etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I updated the categories (TV/Movies) to be the main paths. However, when the file gets moved from the 'incomplete' folder its just moved with the raw directory name etc. Maybe this is something new with 3.5.3 (I updated from 3.3.x).

Maybe this is something simple i am missing or have misconfigured. Any thoughts, as always, would be appreciated.

To clarify, is Sonarr/Radarr not picking it up or is Sab not placing it where you would expect?
