Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Just wondering on the rationale for why when a download is flagged as having articles as missing, does it then need to verifiy the job on download, espcially as it is going to repair & check after?
I'm asking as on my device the verfication takes ages!
Just to be sure, are you talking about the status Verifying in the queue? Because that is only shown in you have enabled Check before download in Config Switches. That is not enabled by default.
Otherwise if you mean post processing verifying:
The repair after download is done by par2, this program first has the figure out exactly what parts of the data are incomplete before it can know how to repair them.
So it needs to scan all the data unfortunately again, since par2 repair is a very complicated maths problem.
What operating system are you using?

Sorry I meant when post processing. Okay, that makes sense then now. It is a slowish system really , fine for media playback, but slow when doing these more intensive tasks.
