RSS Error urlopen [Errno 11001]

Hi
I have this message when I try to configure Rss :
Failed to retrieve RSS from https://api.nzbgeek.info... <urlopen error [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed>
I can't find anything on the web.
Does anyone dealt with this error.

DNS problem.

So ... reboot your system, and try again.

If it still happens:

In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, and there click on the Refresh Arrow ... what does it say at "Nameserver / DNS Lookup" and "Public IPv4 address"?

For example:

Code: Select all

Local IPv4 address  2.5.54.18
Public IPv4 address  2.5.54.18
IPv6 address  2031:2538:ff00:0:3e2d:3615:0:1
Nameserver / DNS Lookup  OK
