Internet speed Fast but Sabnzbd Slow

Hello
I have tested my internet speed on https://www.speedtest.net/ and I have more than 800mb/sq.

But sabnzbd is limited to 15mbytes/s

It worked perfectly an hour ago.

Anyone can help.

Ouch ... Disk speed and Internet speed of 0 MB/s is not good ...

Tip: first click on the Refresh-Circle-Arrow to the right of "0 MB/s", wait a few seconds, and then post again.

If I use a VPN the download rate increases.
Sabnzbd is the only app affected.
And now I Have this :
