Please be somewhat patient with me I'm relatively new to this. Sometimes my dl speed is around 9mbps or so and sometimes its 2mbps, like right now. Testing with the speed testing site used by this group I'm getting about 60-69mbps right now so I would think it should be higher than 2... 9 is acceptable to me I'm not in a race and I'm wireless also because I really don't have any other choice. But have gotten those 9mbps speeds wireless. I use VPN and speed test was run with it active. Any advice? Thanks in advance for your patience.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
