Can't get into sabnzbd

I am not too sophisticated with internet use but I've been happily using sabnzbd for years. Now I am getting the message that another program is using port 8080 and I need t change the port number. How can I find out what program is using this port and delete it, or how can I change the port # of sabnzbd.??
