Changing Incomplete Folder Issue

Post by buckeyered »

I am using mint 21.2 and sabnzbd 4.2.1. I would like to change my incomplete download folder from home\user\download\incomplete to any other folder under home but after I create home\user\ incomplete with the file manager I go to the settings in sabnzbd to change it to the newly created folder but it is not listed, sabnzbd only shows the download folder and not any folders I created and click show hidden folders doesn't help, any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the forum. :)

Are you using forward-slashes or backslashes when creating your path?

Your post shows backslashes (used only in DOS, Windows environments).

Linux paths use forward-slashes.

Sorry, I typed it incorrectly. I create the new directory using Nemo by using the create new folder from the drop down menu, nemo does create the folder as it shows in the tree but sabnzbd does not see it.

Ah, no worries. :)

And did you click the ".." to jump back to the parent directory?

Have you tried entering the full path manually?
