Completed downloads being deleted

Hello. I'm running sabnzbd 3.0.0. It seems to be downloading files successfully - they take the right amount of download time, and they show as 'Completed' in my History - but then the downloaded file is deleted. There's no sign of it anywhere.

I have a recent log. Is it ok to share it here obfuscated?

Can you do a test download? So:
In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, and there click on "Test download" 100MB or 1000MB.
What is the result? Is the download there, or also deleted?


Share the log via pastebin and put the URL (with spaces in it) here.

Furthermore: are you using tools like sonarr etc?

The 100MB test download was successful and was not deleted.

Here's my log:

It includes the download of the show that is deleted, followed by the 100MB test download. I've obscured the name of the show and an api key.

I use NZBGeek to find shows. This then sends the nzb to SABnzbd to download them. I do have Sonarr installed on the PC but I have not been using it.

I see nothing special in your logging, but I'm not very good at loggings. Could you set Logging +Debug, and try again?

Based on the word 42298498389c49d1ba0b9e63ded323c4 , I created a NZB via https://nzbindex.com/?q=42298498389c49d ... c4&max=250 ... which downloads nicely on my SABnzbd 3.0.1

So ... can you try that NZB too?

What I did see in your log: your 7za 7z unpack takes 10 minutes, which is a long time. On what hardware is your SAB running?
On what kind of drive is your D: .... ? If it is FAT, I know the cause ...

Sounds like you have something like Sonarr, Radarr or sickbeard running.
Alternatively, do you maybe have anything setup for Unwanted Extensions or Cleanup extensions in Config Switches?

D'oh!

It's Sonarr.

I didn't realise that Sonarr would be processing (moving/renaming) shows that Sonarr didn't find.

I had been manually finding shows with NZBGeek and downloading them with SABnzbd. Without me knowing it would do this, as soon as SABnzbd had downloaded a show, Sonarr was moving them out of the download directory.

Sorry for my stupidity, and thanks for helping me guys.
