Setting download throttle through API

I think it would be nice for SABnzbdGUI and other 3rd party tools if you could set the download throttle of SAB with a simpel API command.

Do you just need to set the limit? or do you want to be able to retrieve the current limit too?

EDIT: Something like http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/api?mode= ... &value=100 do you ok? (value here is in kB/s)
