I am sure the answer is here but its so vague im struggling to find it. Which could be an easy fix. Apologies i this has been asked already.
I have TrueNas scale setup as a VM and installed sabnzbd as an app. As I have created shares so I can view these in windows, sab does not see these folders. I suspect this has something with the /config location in Truenas as this is not been seen by windows \\192.168.10.10\share\nzb\ - which I have no idea to figure out?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
