I currently run on version 4.2.2 and sab is downloading at a rate of 60MB/s max even though clicking on wrench and internet bandwidth is showing 162.5 MB/s. Sab is a container installed on docker and config and download folders are on nvme drive.
any help is appreciated.

Re: slow download
If that is the output after a few downloads: as there is no "download limited by" cpu/disk, your cpu and disk are not the bottleneck: they can handle everyting that is coming in. So the bottleneck is there ... in your newsservers.

Re: slow download
Have ticket open with newsserver, will see what they come back with.
Re: slow download
What hardware is your server?
It only lists SSE2 acceleration which is something you only see on ancient cpu's.

Re: slow download
OP says "container" and "Common KVM processor SSE2", so something virtualised?
If Proxmox:
"On the VM Wizard change the CPU type to host, you can also do this by selecting the VM Hardware Tab - > Processor and then edit.
You need to stop and start the VM for this to take effect."

Re: slow download
Thanks again!
Here are the settings now in SAB
System load 5.59 | 2.56 | 1.43 | V=183M R=108M
System performance (Pystone) 157873 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz AVX
Download folder speed 494.8 MB/s /downloads/incoming
Complete folder speed 504.7 MB/s /downloads/completed/movies
Internet Bandwidth 168.4 MB/s 1347.2 Mbps
Re: slow download
So pystone is now lower, but you get a better newserver download speed? Weird
EDIT
Your Core(TM) i7-3770 is from 2012, so 12 years old. The lower pystone speed looks more realistic. And the KVM looks high ... so ... fake. Weird.
