Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I have been having issues with tv episodes not moving from my temp to my "tv" folder. I built and setup a new server and it read my RAID array using a different drive letter (E:\ rather than I:\). In settings, I deleted the old Root and created a new, but I'm guessing it's still setup somewhere as I'm getting an error (See below). Not entirely sure that's the only issue, but thought I'd start there. Any idea where else I need to check for the Root setting?
