Lost connection to SABnzbd.

i have used sabnzbd for many years without issue today i have done my usual thing but it has stayed at IDLE not downloading i have upgraded to latest version as my version was about 10years old i now see i only have Lost connection to SABnzbd.
can anybody help im not very computer literate an old friend set this up many years ago

"Lost connection to SABnzbd." means your webbrowser can't reach SABnzbd anymore (after it could reach it initially).

So tell about your setup?
