Seems 5.2 Beta 1 has a pretty big bug/change with listening Port and Host.
Prior, setting host to :: meant IPv4 and IPv6 unspecified, now it is IPv6 Unspecified only.
Also now "SABnzbd Port" is seemingly ignored if HTTPS settings are enabled, if you want an option to disable plain HTTP and have on HTTPS, that would be fine, but I need both and use plain HTTP for localhost access.

Part of the changing out our underlying webserver framework from cherrpy to uvicorn/starlette is that no longer do the dual server http/https but now its one or the other.
