RSS enable disable

Whenever I check the RSS checkbox to enable / disable feeds, nothing happens.

It used to submit the form that would enable/disable the feed.

Using 0.4.11 on windoze.

The enable box just enables the periodic automatic scan of the feed.
You are sure you have enabled Javascript in the browser?

Damn bro, you were right... noscript was blocking it, but it never displayed the yellow bar.
