Problems starting SABnzbd after upgrading

To anyone that can help me. I have just upgraded my SABnzbd and now I can not open it. It gives me the following error


Welcome to SABnzbd.exe 0.4.12

SABnzbd needs a free tcp/ip port for its internal web server.
Port 8080 on localhost was tried , but it is not available.
Some other software uses the port or SABnzbd is already running.

Please restart SABnzbd with a different port number.

Press Startkey+R and type the line (example):
"C:\Program Files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --server localhost:8081
If you get this error message again, please try a different number.


When I follow the instructions  then I get the following:

500 Internal error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Prior to the upgrede it all worked fine.

Which OS are you using?
From which release did you upgrade?
How did you install?
Is the old version still running?

I got the same issue today after upgrading from 0.5.0 beta 5 to 0.5.0 RC3 on Win7.
