Trying to read a feature request, but unable to do so

Hello,

As suggested, I searched for an existing feature set request and I saw there is an open ticket, as shown below but I wanted to see the exact request but I am unable to see the forum post.  Can somebody tell me why?

There have been a few issues where the rss feeds from tvnzb have had fake nzbs for files 25 & 100 gig.  I think this request if implemented would be exactly would trap such a situation.  So my vote for this to be implemented too.
