Im running sabnzbd on ubuntu and i get the following when i try to start it

Upgraded to 5.2 sabnznd will not start anymore

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Don't use 0.0.0.0 as host address, but the real IP address, hostname or localhost.
