Copy Mac Configuration to New Machine

Hi

I have a new Mac and want to copy all my rss feed settings to the new install of sabnzbd. Where are these settings kept? What magic file do I copy between machines?

You'd want:
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/admin/rss_data.sab
