Currently running 0.6.9, just upgraded from 0.6.8, but I've been having some odd queue related issues.
If there are multiple items in the queue with the same priority they occasionally swap positions (possibly when new items are added, though I'm not entirely sure). I also have occurrences of a new item being added to the queue above existing items of the same priority.
The priority is respected in all cases, but ordering within the priority is random, with the biggest issue being that new items being added to the queue and placed ahead of other items in the same quality that are already downloading, so I end up having many partially complete downloads before they all finish, whereas I would expect it to completed them in the order added.
Perhaps I'm missing a setting that controls this, or something changed that I missed, so this might not actually be a bug, if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know, its starting to drive me a bit crazy.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Queue behavior has not changed in recent versions.
Do you happen to have the option "Sort by age" on in Config->Switches ?
