I'm using Mac Lion.
I downloaded SABnzbd+ (Mod 17 Oct 2011) (Plush) and worked great. Then I tried changing port number so that I could use my SSL option. Since then when I click on SAB app the Plush page no longer opens - in fact nothing opens.
I have tried to uninstall SAB and reinstall but every time I do that the set up Wizard does not appear so I can't remedy my error.
Any ideas?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Find sabnzbd.ini (probably in ~/.sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini ) and find the first line that says "port". What does that line say?

Thanks for the quick reply.
I read your earlier posts to other member probs and so have already searched the whole of the SAB contents and can't find the "ini". Is it pushing the friendship if I ask you as to how else I might find it?

I just accessed the "ini" file. The first (from the top) port reference is 9090 the second port reference is what I changed it to 443.

What do you get when you access

or

When I hit each of them I get the same message "Safari Cannot Connect To The Server"

Is SABnzbd running at all? Check with:
netstat -an | grep -i listen
and
ps -ax | grep -i sabnzbd
(Type the above commands in a terminal on your Mac)

OSX does not allow ports below 1024 to be used by user-level apps.
So 443 will not work.

I checked the Activity Monitor and SABnzbd is running (did you want me to still do the checks you suggested?)

Edit the file sabnzbd.ini directly (TextEditor).

Because the settings are still there in:
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
/Users/user/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
