Save completed files in windows share

EDIT: I noticed I accidentaly posted in the wrong section, If some mod could be so kind to move it to general?

Hi,
I live in an home with my friends, and we download lots of stuff, so we setup an server which saves the downloaded files is C:\Share
This folder is set to be read/writeable from any location within the network, password proteced sharig is disabled. (Windows 7)

When we move the completed files from c:\Users\Admin\Downloads\completed to the share everything works fine.
But when I checked on todays downloads (I set Sabnzbd to save them in C:\Share) you could see the folders sab created but those where empty.. when I logon to remote desktop I can see the files are downloaded properly, cause they are in the pace I want them to be (See attached screenshot)

So how can I solve this?

wrong permissions. they have locks on them. sab set rights to rwx for all in config, folders.

Yes I know the permissions are wrong, but I don't know how to tell sab to set other permissions
