Updated to 0.7.3 but i'm still finding that Mountain Lion is going to sleep whilst a download is in progress.
Is there any specific sabnzbd setting i need to adjust or is this still a bug ?

Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
Not sure.
I wasn't able to test it on real hardware yet, just VMWare Fusion.
I'm not in a hurry to upgrade my only Mac to ML, things might break.

Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
I have this problem completely the other way around
Since 0.7.3 Mountain Lion doesn't sleep anymore after sabnzb did a download (and finished it). If i try to sleep the machine when sabnzb ran before, only the screen turns off but the system stays awake. No matter if it was an hour ago or two since sabnzb finished the download.
Can i turn this "sleep prevent" feature off? (as it does not work as it should be)

Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
Can you check with the "Activity Monitor" whether a process called "caffeinate" still runs?
It should disappear about 5 minutes (or sooner) after post-processing of the last job stops.

Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
There was no caffeinate task running as i now tried it. This time the machine got to sleep after trying two times but i also got kernel panic right after wake, never had this before. I downgraded to 0.7.2. Please make the stay awake feature optional.
Re: Help With Categories
Kernel panics are a sign of bugs in the operating system itself.
Apps can trigger those.
I agree that making the feature an option would have been a better idea.
The chosen solution is also far from elegant, we're working on a better one.

Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
OK. I'll stick with 0.7.2 until then. I don't need that stay-awake feature and would turn it off if possible, until that bug in the OS is fixed. I hate Kernel Panics and the danger of data loss.
Re: OSX Mountain Lion still going to sleep
Hi, so is SABNZBD supposed to prevent OSX from sleeping while downloading? Because I find it will go to sleep while downloading, and this previous reply ( https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11285 ) says SABNZBD doesn't prevent sleep while downloading?
