Re: error on starrting sabnzbd
Well, I got further because I started it by typing sabnzbdplussander wrote:Is it OK to remove this post, as in your post https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.ph ... 254#p70254 your a few steps further.
but when I use sudo service sabnzbdplus start, I get the above error.
Re: error on starrting sabnzbd
This error has been reported before, looks ugly but seems harmless. See my comment in this thread.
Re: error on starrting sabnzbd
The only issue is that when I use sudo, I can't actually access it through the webserver loclahost:8080 so it is actually not starting at all.jcfp wrote:This error has been reported before, looks ugly but seems harmless. See my comment in this thread.
Re: error on starrting sabnzbd
any ideas on how I can troubleshoot it as it also prevents sabnzbd from starting up with the computer.
Re: error on starrting sabnzbd
Tell a bit more about your system: bit-ness, GUI or no GUI installed and activated, login method, etc , ...qwertyjjj wrote:any ideas on how I can troubleshoot it as it also prevents sabnzbd from starting up with the computer.
Reason: I've Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit, both Desktop and Server (so without GUI stuff), and starting the sabnzbdplus service normal:
Code: Select all
sander@toverdoos:~$ sudo service sabnzbdplus start
* Starting SABnzbd+ binary newsgrabber [ OK ]
sander@toverdoos:~$
