I was trying to download a pack of 13 large video files, but Sab didn't unpack properly. I am left with a list of files like this:

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

It's most likely that your NZB has duplicate files in it.
Based on what you list now, I cannot make any further guesses.
Have you looked at the content of the NZB?
Set SABnzbd to paused and load the NZB again and click on the queue entry to see a list of files.
