Deleted file-entries reappear after "retry"

Occasionally I'm deleting files from loaded NZBs. Files like nfos, jpgs, samples and their par2 (I know that the switch exists), srr, nzb, subs etc.
And sometimes sabnzbd (latest stable) falsely flags a download as encrypted or not completable and aborts it. Which is fine, better safe than sorry.
But after clicking "retry", all the files which I have deleted earlier are back in the queue.
Is this by design or is this a bug?

It's a side-effect of the "Retry".
SABnzbd doesn't remember the difference between missing files and deliberately removed files
(at least not after a retry).

Now I know what made me wonder me the whole time: You can set sabnzbd to pause encrypted downloads, but for downloads which may or may not be completable, it's only abort or do nothing. No pausing. At least when "Check before download" is enabled.

And when "Check before download" is checked, the deleted entries also reappear after the checking-phase.

We'll probably drop the pre-check. It has too much issues (that cannot be solved).
I'll have a look at the pause option for hopeless jobs.
