I have enabled debug logging as suggested also, just waiting to get some relevant info from it.

Please try Beta 6 first.
If you're still seeing the wrong upgrade number, you're using Beta 5.

Yes, the incorrect version suggestion was for the upgrade from beta5 to beta6, I have since (this morning) upgraded to beta6.
