I already know the link and unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue.
Even upgrading the hard drive to an SSD improved the results, but the download speed is still 40-45 MB/s instead of 100-105 MB/s.
The download speed test is fine.
My new provider doesn't have any throttling or blocking any ports. Could it be a transit problem?
