Cant get scheduler to work

I haven't been able to get my sabnzbd scheduler to work
It's installed on a hp microserver, unraid OS, stays on 24/7, after reading it might be an issue where the server goes to sleep but I'm not sure if mine actually does. I want the sabnzbd to only download during 2:30am and 8:30am. How commands would I enter to achieve this??

It would help if you would show a screendump of what you have setup in Config -> Scheduling ...

Well I don't have anything at the moment. Do I just need to set 2:30am daily resume and 8:30 am daily pause all?

Set logging level to Debug on the Status page.
After the events should have happened, look for them in the log file.
Scan for texts like "Resuming" and "Pausing".
