I store all my files in /Media/music /media/tv /Media/movies
When a file is finsihed it is moved to these folders yet SAB doesn not delete it from ~/Downloads/completed
I use sabToSickBeard.py for tv

How am I supposed to delete the downloads folder?

SABnzbd task is finished when the files end in a folder in "completed".
The rest is for SickBeard.
It does help if the access rights for the files in "complete" are correct.
Try to find out what value the "Permissions" field in Config->Folders needs to have.
0777 usually works.
