Hi just installed sabnzbd and have it configured so that I can access the iphone interface from my iphone, one quick question is there anyway I can download a nzb to my phone say using the safari download plug-in (available from cydia) and somehow transfer it to sabnzbd watched folder to get it to download?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
