Install from repository on LMDE

I am trying to get the latest version of sab installed from the repository on LMDE. Since LMDE doesn't use the official Debian repo's I am having a problem figuring out how to accomplish this (It appears that the debian unstable doesn't contain the latest stable version anyway). Anyone have any pointers in getting the latest stable version installed on LMDE?

General options for updating in debian:

The latest sab releases are only available in debian experimental, simply because unstable has been in pre-release freeze since june.

OK I have successfully got it installed from the experimental repo by pinning the sabnzbdplus package. It looks like that the version is 0.7.5 instead of the latest 0.7.6. What is the update frequency of sab on this repo?
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

0.7.6-1 should make its way into experimental tonight. Updating is somewhat slower than on the ppa because I need somebody else to do the actual uploading, but still frequent.
