Error "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?

Hey Guys,
Since a reinstall of my home server I'm having trouble with downloading. A lot of downloads give me "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?". I know what this should mean, the download is too old, But this is not possible, since the NZB age is 8 or 9 days, even free downloader server provide that much retention. I'm using supernews.com (1585 days) which is more then 9 last time I checked...
The NZB's are added to Sab by Sickbeard, and a friend of mine who has basically the exact same system to download is able to download them propperly.
I'm running Debian 6/squeeze and had the default package of Sab that commes with Squeeze, 0.5.4 (if I recall correctly). Since I've been having these problems with 0.5.4 I've upgraded Sab to 0.6.14, but same shit different version...
Example of failed downloads:
