Since I installed 4.5 I can't connect at all.  Everything was working fine with RC2.  I stopped the process and installed the final and now I just get a 404 whenever I connect.

What does not connect?
The web interface or your news servers?

What does the logging say?
If your on Windows what happens if you start SABnzbd-console.exe instead of SABnzbd.exe?

For what page is sabnzbd reporting a 404 error? What does the 404 error say exactly?

Version: 0.4.5 final
OS: Windows 2003 Server SP2 (standard)
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin: Default, and iphone
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes

Launch page is http://pete:8123/sabnzbd
INI file is set to the name pete and port 123.  Like I said, it was working fine before the upgrade.

I ran it in safe mode and the console read like everything was running fine.  Still, I couldn't get the web page from the local server in IE.  I decided to try to get the page with wget so I could get an exact output of what the server was responding with and all a sudden it seemed to work.  I shut down the server from safe mode and switched back to regular and it seemed dead again.  After a minute or so I could get the page with wget again.  It almost seems like IE was caching the 404 response, but I've never seen that happen before and the startup never took that long.
