In the past I've used Yenc uploader, however it seems very dated and is Windows only (w/o Wine). I was wondering what is the best tool for uploading to Usenet.

I juggle between Windows and Linux. However, it seems like the best usenet tools are multi-platform so I forgot to mention it.

And that's just an uploader, right? It does not create par and rar files for you?
