Files disappeared from SAB after downloading

I had a few files downloading last night, and when I woke up today, I noticed that my renaming script got stuck on one of them. I restarted the server and those that had downloaded after the one that got stuck had disappeared from SAB. The rar files are still in the folder, but they were not repaired or unpacked.
How can I get them back into SAB to finish processing, or is there something else that I can do to repair/unpack? This is roughly 40GB of data, so I hope I won't have to download all of it again.
Thanks. Using 0.7.9 on Win 7 x64

Open the Status page, select tab "Queue Repair" and check the orphans list.
Send the ones you want back to the queue.

How do I check the orphans list?

The orphans are in the list below the Repair button.
If it's not there then SABnzbd hasn't found one.
Where do you think the folders are located?
Is that in the "incomplete" folder? Do the folders contain an __ADMIN__ sub-folder?

What folders are you asking about specifically?
"Is that in the 'incomplete' folder" by "that" are you talking about the folder that should have contained the downloaded files?
I don't have an "incomplete" folder, I do have an "Incoming" folder though, is that what you are talking about?
When I go to the (movie name) folder under "incoming/movies/" there is an __ADMIN__ sub-folder.

If Config->Folders still says that your "temporary download folder" is "incoming/movies",
SABnzbd should list any qualifying sub-folder in "incoming/movies".
