Download doesn't start

I've just upgraded from V. 0.2.5 to V. 0.4.5, had some issues setting up the primary server which has been rectified but now I am having troubles with my downloads not starting.  Here are the steps I have followed:

1- Added a file into the download queue through the home page
2- Indicates in the Queue that the file is waiting to be downloaded but the download never starts
3- Been waiting for 30 mins and still nothing

Any help would be much appreciated!

To help, here is the error message:

"2008-11-16 21:40:14,701 ERROR [nzbstuff] Error importing "

Skin (if applicable): Default
Firewall Software: XP SP3 Firewall
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes

Bad NZB file?
Have you looked inside the file?
How did you offer it to SABnzbd (watched folder, Web-ui)?
Email the NZB to [email protected]

The NZB files are OK.

I suspect there may be a problem with the web browser.
Which one do you use and does it have Javascript enabled?
Did you offer them as NZB or as ZIP files?

Can you try the "watched folder" instead?

I'm using Firefox V. 3.0.4
Javascript is enabled
Tried both Zip and NZB files and neither work

I apologize for being dense, however I read the link on Watched Folder and I understand its function (much like the NZB_blackhole folder from older versions) but I cannot find the actual Watched Folder.  Do I have to create one myself and if so, where should I create it so that SABnzb can find it.

You fill this in the configuration tab.

But normally it's auto made I believe

However, I just tried the "watched folder" I created through the config tab using an NZB and a Zip file and neither worked.

I am reading this post with very much interest since I experience the same. After having upgraded to 0.4.5 I have problems with downloading. Only once the download started, than nothing.
What can I do to have this resolved? I was planning to re-install an older version that worked great but I am still waiting to do so.

What sort of problem do you have? You don't really explain.
Do the NZB files not enter the queue or does downloading not start?
