All downloads failing on post-process

Using SabNZBd and SickBeard, I am having an issue where every download completes with a failed status. When I check the error log I see a handful of "Failed to delete" and one "Failed to Move" message. The files all work fine and repair step shows that all is OK. ALL of the files downloaded stay in the Incomplete folder and the processed file moves to the proper directory, but It's always in a folder labeled "_Unpack_".
This just started yesterday when I tried a complete reinstall and I can't see what I might have done differently.

Look at the download report and see what kind of error causes the issue.

Not sure what's causing the issue (I'm sort of a noob). Here is the report I get when trying a random episode :

Like I said, SabNZBd is downloading files that are fine (as far as I can tell) and they are being moved to the right place (but in a folder that I don't want). Also, the original files are not deleted.

-Edit : I was just looking at my log and I noticed that I get an error for every file that sabnzbd tries to delete. "WindowsError: [Error 5] Access is denied:" so I tried looking into permissions.
My library is in : "D:\Downloads"
Incomplete files go to : "D:\Downloads\Unsorted\Incomplete"
Completed files are set to move to "D:\Downloads\Unsorted"
Processed files are then sent to : "D:\Downloads\Videos\TV" or "D:\\Downloads\Videos\Movies"

soooo.... I set the permissions for everyone on "D:\Downloads" to full control. Now my files all delete and move to the proper folders. Thank God.

One thing though, Even though everything appears to be working, every downlod shows this message when moved to history : "Skipping Deleting folder D:\DOWNLOADS\VIDEO\TV\SHOW NAME\Season X because some files was not deleted/processed
This is OK. It's the folder that episodes are supposed to end up in (and do) and I don't want it to be deleted. Just wondering if I'm supposed to see that message or if it might be a sign of another issue.

Disable "Enable folder rename" in Config->Switches and retry the failed items from History.

OK, so it was a access rights issue after all.
The "Skipping Deleting folder ..." message does not come from SABnzbd.
Are you using SickBeard or CouchPotato?

Yeah, I'm trying to get both running, but I will likely only use SickBeard. I already have more movies than I could ever watch.
