SAB Unpacking Endlessly

Post by awarham »

I've run in a to a problem running SAB on my Ubuntu 12.04 Server set up. I'd been downloading a fair bit of content over the first few days without problem. Today, I've had a file get "stuck" at the unpacking stage for quite some time. I've tried restarting SAB and rebooting the server, but the status remains unchanged. Any troubleshooting tips, or easy method to purge the download and move on with the queue? Thanks all!

Assuming the cause is a hung unrar program, the best way is to shoot down the unrar process.
After that SABnzbd will flag the job as failed and move to the next one.
