I am using v0.7.11 on Ubuntu. I subscribe to Supernews for my service. I have TimeWarner cable for my ISP and have a 30Mbps download speed. Ive noticed that when SABnzbd is downloading it CRIPLES my connection. It will drop down to .23Mbps. At first I thought TW was throttling me so I setup a VPN to hide my traffic. However, that wasn't the problem. I can actively be doing a speed test with SABnzbd downloading, hit the pause button and my speed will jump from .23Mbps to 30Mbps. I went into the server config and moved my connections down from 30 to 2 and this helped, but still drops my speed from 30Mbps to 12Mbps. In addition, SABnzbd shows 2.4Mbps download speed on what it's downloading. WTH is going on here!?

SABnzbd is using your connection as much as it can.

If you don't like that, set a max speed in SABnzbd: middle upper screen. It's in kB/s, so start by setting to 1000 (=1 MB/s = 10 Mbps)
