I have searched for a solution but have not been able to find it.
I got stuck with unpacking and what is left a file with a lot of : SABnzbd_nzf_0runcx files. Where the last part: 0runcx changes with each file.
Is this a known problem and is there a solution for it?

Those are internal job administration files.
It seems something goes wrong when moving the download result to the final folder.
I have never seen this happen, nor did anyone else report it.
Are you using additional software to post process downloads?

No, I do not use additional software and I have seen this already before.
I am trying to download Homeland series but have tremendous problems with it. In the beginning I got the message: server over retention? I entered in the server configuration 1000 day retention. I have giganews platinum as useserver.
It looks like most of the files are corrupt. I have used Binsearch, Newzbin and Spotnet. All with the problem that the downloads get aborted or corrupt files.

I am now in the middle of a download but was planning to de-install SABnzbd and do a complete reinstall.
This download looks normal, when I look under queue/show files I see the Rar files in order being downloaded and 25 par blocks.
When I look in the Incomplete file I see the rar files being downloaded. So, I will wait first how this will finish.

Yes, I do understand. But the current file I am downloading is filled with Rar files and PAR2 files. So far so good.

I just finished going through all the settings and switches and everything seems normal.

It finished download and is now verifying. Details: downloaded in 53 minutes, 3 seconds, 2 articles missing.

Verified, repair is required, fectching extra blocks. After this message, verification started again. Is this normal?

That's normal.
SABnzbd tries to save download capacity by downloading only one par2 file.
If verification fails it will get more par2 files.

OK, makes sense.
Verified again, needed repair, after second repair starts extracting.

Download completed!!! And working files.
