sabnzbd won't unrar on OSX 10.5.6

Running Sabnzbd+0.4.7 from Mac install .app.  Everything else works, including par2 checking.  I have unrarX 2.2 installed (since sabnzbd wouldn't unrar for me).

From the command line, unrar works fine.  No errors in the log with respect to unrar issue.  No custom skin.  Google indicates that this is only my problem, doesn't seem to be happening to others......

Anybody have any ideas?

You have probably tried this, but is the checkbox in Config>Switches ticked?

Try the new 0.4.8 release, we did quite some work on the par2 issue for OSX.
