I'm up to date and did a full uninstall/reinstall over the weekend but this problem keep cropping up.

I have SAB set to use \downloads\incomplete as the working directory and move completed files to \downloads\complete. The problem is that some but not all shows are moved to \downloads\complete with the directory name _UNPACK_<showname> even though the file itself has been assembled and viewable. This of course causes Sickrage to not process it as it is in an unpacking status.

Again some but not all times it does this, last night 3 shows downloaded fine and two did not.

Any ideas?

Windows often doesn't like folder renaming.
You can disable the use of temporary folder names in Config->Switches.
