SabNZB won't start on Synology

Hi All,
As of a week ago, suddenly SabNZB won't start for me on my Synology DS214play. I know there are lots of issues with people updating to DSM 6, but I have yet to do that, and still the package won't start. I am a complete n00b with Synology Diskstation, and I've found a few similar posts, but they talk about SSH and running commands etc. that I have no clue how to approach. Does anyone have a layman's terms approach to understanding why the package won't start, and then helping me work through it from there? I would be very grateful!
