SABnzbd Forums

Hi little problem here.. I am using Sabnzbd plus 0.4.9 on Max OSX . 10.5 Leopard.. and I have install Sabnzbd with the pre-made installer.. basically drag sabnzbd  and drop in the apps folder on the mac.  then start it.. All works great..

Question. I would like to know if doing the install from the prebuilt installer, basically, drag SABnzbd PLUS  into the applicatios folder on the mac, and launch the program.. Does this prebuilt install come with the yEnc installer already installed with the prebuilt SABnzbd installer for mac, or do i have to install it separate???


Oki if so would someone please tell me how to install it.  Let me be clear.. I understand how to install it , if i am doing from source and also installing SABANZBD plus form the source file on mac.. But i am not install SABnzba plus from source I am using the prebuilt application! 

and if i need to install it. do i need to tell SABnzb plus, the prebuilt application that i am using it, or will SABnzd plus just know it is installed???

Just like any well made Mac app should -- you simply drag and drop it from the dmg to your Applications folder, and launch it. Everything else is self contained.

Thanks everyone. was not sure how this would work, with installing yEnc!  glad it is installed from the start!
