Hello,

First, this does not happen for all nzbs, only some. I haven't noticed any similarities between the ones where it does happen.

I use SickRage to grab nzbs. This has been happening for a few months now.

These hanging downloads will also persist through restarts of sabnzbd. The only fix I have is to kill the download and re-add it. Oftentimes, the same nzb, once re-added, will download just fine.

Technical details:

Sabnzbd version: 1.1.0 [8abcf08] installed on Ubuntu 14.04 x64 via JCFP's PPA.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We done several things to solve this, but it seems we haven't closed all loopholes.
A quick way out is to set a job's priority to Stop, it will then immediately go to post-processing.
Can you look at the remaining file list of such a job?

I've cleared the aforementioned jobs, but I'll definitely post back here the next time I get one.

I upgraded to 1.1.1RC1 [0fbf79f] today via PPA:



And ended up with three of these hung jobs:



I'm going to send you a PM with the remaining file list for the first job in that list,

Maybe you can turn on Debug logging, let it run for a few hours and then send me/us the logs? It will include an anonomyzed version of your settings (passwords/username/keys removed) which will help us diagnose the combination of settings that make this occur.

You can obtain it from the Status box (under the wrench symbol at the top right).

FYI, I've since upgraded to 1.1.1RC2 [01d668a] and I got one of these hanging jobs last night. I can send debug logs and the nzb if you'd like.
