would appreciate help with SABnzbd?

I have slow connection, so when I watch Youtube, my SABnzbd goes to 0 KB/s speed (which is OK). But when I stop watching Youtube, it doesn't resume downloading for as long as 3 mins. What can I do so that utilize my full bandwidth with SABnzbd?
