When I click on the "+" in the queue page to show the contents of an NZB I am getting the session key required error from another PC.

Strange, which skin do you use (default, smpl or plush)?
Works fine at my place.
Can you zip the skin files and email them to [email protected] ?

Default, I am sending it now...

I have no idea, the Default files you sent are OK.
I cannot find any problem with the "+" in the queue page.

Which OS do you use, where did you get the installation files from?

I will do some additional testing tonight.

Did you try to clear the browser cache (Control-F5 usually) ?

I downloaded it from the link here I am viewing it using Firefox 3.5b4 on a Mac. Just tried in Safari and had no problem!

I don't think we tested that combination.
Maybe complain to Mozilla?

Not terribly concerned since Safari works fine, just thought it was worth mentioning.
