Defaulting the Speed Limit to low speeds...

Sometimes I lower the speed limit of Sabnzb+ when I'm watching Netflix movies over XBox so it won't interfere with the HD resolution, but this is very infrequently. However, every time I start Sabnzb+ since, it defaults the speed limit to this lowered number. After a restart or if I kill SABnzb+ when I'm not using it, when it starts back up I forget that it defaults and come back 30 minutes later to find the download isn't finished because it has defaulted to 500KB/s. It's not that big a deal, but it is a nuisance sometimes.  Is there some way to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help, and thanks to the developer for a wonderful program!

That release features timed pauses.
I.e. you enter a number of minutes in the pause box on the Queue page
and SABnzbd will pause for that amount of minutes.
