SABnzbd's system tray icon gone after explorer restart

SABnzbd 1.2.0
Hi!
So when explorer is restarted SABnzbd's system tray icon (the arrow) does not come back
PS: If trouble replicating, I'm running DPI at 200% on 4k resolution (3840x2160)

Yeah but.... How often does that happen for normal users?

For me very often. Every time I play a game at lower resolution then native I have to restart explorer to update the system tray icons as they have become blurry and what not. Something to do with the DPI scaling crap. But beside the point. System tray icons should return after a explorer restart/crash. SABnzbd is not alone in this. Geforce Experience and Google Photos Backup has the same issue. They however are easily restarted. Also beside the point
